Recruitment Project Manager Internship in Madrid

The role

The intern will join the Research team and gradually take on more responsibility in managing recruitment assignments, alongside the firm's partners.

Taking part in defining the search strategy for each assignment
Carrying out market research and in-depth analyses of target companies
🔹 Identifying and approaching candidates
Identifying and contacting senior executives
Taking part in selecting and motivating candidates throughout the process
🔹 Sectors covered
Assignments covering executive positions in a variety of sectors: consumer goods/retail, financial services, technology, healthcare, industry/logistics, real estate, among others
