The role
Taking part in the operational follow-up of group files, from booking to departure.
Daily exchanges with local providers (accommodation, transport, visitor sites) for requests and confirmations.
Monitoring bookings and updating files in the internal tools
Preparing travel documents and the information sent to groups.
Regular contact with partners abroad to fine-tune the details of trips.
Coordinating the allocation of participants and the specific needs of each group.
Administrative support for the operations team (checking information, follow-ups, filing)
