The role

The intern will join the logistics team to support the coordination of project-related operations.

🔹 Logistics Coordination

Organising internal and external transport of equipment and materials

Coordinating logistics needs for the installation teams

Managing project-related schedules

🔹 Warehouse & Workshop Management

Monitoring storage activities and managing inventories

Supporting equipment maintenance and reconditioning

Monitoring logistics key performance indicators (KPIs)

🔹 Procurement & Stock

Sourcing and ordering consumables and accessories

Monitoring stock levels and updating inventories

🔹 Logistics Administration

Processing purchase orders and invoices

Managing logistics and regulatory documents

Supporting compliance with safety standards and regulations

🔹 Fleet Management

Monitoring the vehicle and machinery fleet

Organising maintenance and inspections

Monitoring usage and consumption
