Description
The role
Take the initiative to contact suppliers and source the materials required according to the client's needs
Receive requests for quotation (RFQs) from clients, analyse specifications and identify the materials required
Research, select and negotiate with suppliers in accordance with internal procedures and client deadlines
Manage the entire transaction cycle:
Receipt of the RFQ
Sourcing and purchasing the equipment
Receiving and inspecting products
Invoicing and shipping
Archiving the file once closed
