Export & Logistics Assistant Internship in Australia

The role

This internship focuses on export operations, international order management and logistics coordination with clients and suppliers abroad.

Main tasks:

Manage international orders

Synchronise orders between clients and suppliers

Negotiate with clients, suppliers and freight forwarders

Create and track shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, health certificates)

Communicate and send documents to international partners

Keep the international client database up to date

Take part in dog shows

A company specialising in premium canine nutrition, based in Sydney, Australia.

The benefits

Remuneration: $1,800 net/month (after one month of unpaid training to settle in and learn the ropes) -Loyalty bonus at the end of the internship (depending on the intern's motivation) -10% commission on sales made during sponsored shows (around $200 net per day)

Business school student, ideally from a top business school -Good level of English (TOEIC 800 or equivalent) -Driving licence essential - Excellent command of Excel spreadsheets.
