Executive Assistant Internship – Property Management & Hospitality in Bali

The role

The intern will report directly to general management and work cross-functionally across all of the company's key activities, with a particular emphasis on marketing.

🔹 Operations and management
Involvement in monitoring daily operations related to property management
Taking part in logistics coordination between the different sites managed

🔹 Sales and revenue
Contributing to sales activities and revenue monitoring
Taking part in e-commerce development actions

🔹 Marketing
An active role in designing and implementing marketing actions

A fast-growing property management company, based in Bali, managing a varied portfolio of properties (villas, apartments, residences) on behalf of owners. The organisation operates along lines close to the hotel industry, with a demand for service quality and logistics coordination between several sites spread across the island.
