The role
-Take part in site planning, topographic surveys and land development activities.
-Support the design and implementation of infrastructure, including foundations, drainage and roads.
-Work with the construction team to ensure compliance with engineering plans and sustainability principles.
-Carry out structural analyses and help select materials for buildings and supporting structures.
-Take part in developing water management systems, including rainwater harvesting and greywater recycling.
-Take part in planning and implementing off-grid energy solutions, including solar installations.
-Review and analyse project plans, specifications and technical reports.
-Ensure compliance with local building regulations and environmental standards.
-Monitor the progress of works and take part in quality control and safety inspections.
-Collaborate with architects, contractors and sustainability experts to optimise design efficiency.
