Administrative Assistant Internship in Berlin

The role

-Help coordinate daily logistics and shipping operations. -Prepare, label and pack products for delivery in accordance with company standards. -Track outbound and inbound shipments to ensure on-time delivery. -Update and maintain accurate inventory records in the system. -Carry out regular stock checks to avoid shortages or discrepancies. -Help organise the warehouse and keep the workspace clean and efficient. -Communicate with suppliers, carriers and internal teams regarding order status. -Provide professional customer service by handling enquiries and assisting with order-related questions.
