Waiter/Waitress Internship in Spain

The role

Main missions:
-Welcoming, serving and looking after restaurant customers
-Table and bar service
-Managing bookings
-Handling payments
-Setting up and tidying work areas
-Preparing the bar, dining room and terrace
-Cleaning the premises and equipment

Additional tasks:
-Monitoring orders in coordination with the kitchen team
-Receiving, checking and storing goods

The company

A restaurant company established in Catalonia since 2019. It owns 4 restaurants, 2 snack bars (chiringuitos) and a mini-market. The group's clientele is mainly Spanish, French, Belgian and Dutch.

We are looking for waiting staff who enjoy working as part of a team and are ready to work in a fast-paced environment. A basic command of Spanish is desirable. Knowledge of English is a plus. Initial experience in the restaurant sector would be highly appreciated.
