Waiter/Waitress Internship in Malta

The role

Food and Beverage Department:
Tasks include working in the restaurant, the lobby bar, the pool bar and serving welcome drinks.

RESTAURANT:
Only the buffet breakfast is served in the restaurant from 7 am to 10:30 am.
Tasks: welcoming guests, clearing tables, organising the restaurant, informing guests about the local dishes offered at the buffet, advising them on food allergies, etc., looking after walk-in guests and charging them for what they consume.

LOBBY AND POOL BAR:
Preparing cocktails, handling the till, serving dishes from the kitchen to the tables, keeping the workstation clean and tidy.

Finally, WELCOME DRINKS:
This task simply involves placing bottles of water, soft drinks or wine in the rooms of new arrivals, according to their membership level.
