Customer Relations & Sales Support Internship – Villa Management in Bali

The role

The intern will support the Sales Manager with customer relations and owner relations activities.
🔹 Owner relations
Building and maintaining quality relationships with current and potential owners
Communicating professionally in French and English (email, phone, messaging)
Following up on requests, queries and feedback, within deadlines
🔹 Sales support
Helping prepare presentations, proposals, reports and meeting materials
Keeping owner databases, CRM records and exchange histories up to date
Taking part in owner meetings, inspections and site visits
🔹 Development
Supporting business development initiatives
Contributing to owner satisfaction and portfolio growth
Carrying out various administrative tasks related to owner relations
