Live Operations Internship in Barcelona

The role

As a daily operations intern in Barcelona, you will be at the heart of the guest experience every day. From coordinating with the cleaning and reception teams to managing real-time communication with guests, your mission will be to guarantee smooth, high-quality stays.

Daily operations (where it all happens)
✅ Build relationships of trust and respect with guests
✅ Support the reception and cleaning teams in their daily tasks
✅ Handle incidents tactfully to ensure guest satisfaction and cost efficiency
✅ Manage bookings and communication with guests (Front & Back Office)
