Description
The role
We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented community and operations coordinator. This role combines executive support, community management and project coordination to ensure smooth operations, clear communication and engaging experiences for ambassadors, members and partners.
Responsibilities (70%):
Support management with planning, communication and operational workflows.
Manage the onboarding and engagement of ambassadors.
Coordinate community initiatives and guarantee a consistent member experience.
Maintain structure and efficiency across all platforms.
Responsibilities (30%):
Contribute to developing commercial proposals.
Support the creation and refinement of product courses.
Come up with innovative approaches to teaching and learning.
