Business Development Internship in New York

The role

-Identify new industry trends and relevant market information.
-Coordinate and schedule sales meetings on Zoom.
-Manage the distribution and execution of contracts.
-Facilitate the sending of thank-you gifts to clients.
-Maintain and update the prospecting database.
-Take part in client meetings and take careful notes for later follow-up.
-Help prepare and deliver sales presentations
-Continuously deepen your knowledge of the company's products and services to better support sales efforts
-Take on other tasks assigned by management

The company

A global integrated marketing agency offering a full range of services, specialising in event design and production, brand marketing, marketing strategy, sponsorships, talent management and booking, advertising, social media and influencer relations.

-Must be able to receive academic credit for completing an internship. -Be comfortable with the idea of doing an unpaid internship (our internships only provide academic credit). -Be available to join us at least 3 days a week (or a minimum of 24 hours per week). -Be interested in learning how to build, manage and/or grow a business. -Have EXCELLENT written and spoken English skills. -Be proactive, a team player, responsible and reliable. -Creative mind able to identify upcoming trends. -Problem-solving ability, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a constantly changing environment. -Great attention to detail, excellent organisational and multitasking skills. -Perfect command of the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; Keynote appreciated but not essential.
