Sales Internship in Barcelona (B2 level of Spanish required)

The role

As an assistant sales agent intern, you will help a sales agent find apartments for sale, show apartments for sale and learn all the legal steps of the sales process. You will help us with sales administration and also work with Trello and our database. If you are talented, you could help us sell an apartment during your internship! You will meet people and buyers from all over the world. This position is for someone who is considering going into sales or real estate later in life!

A real estate agency in Barcelona. We specialise in renting and selling unique apartments. We have an international clientele and a team from all over the world.

The benefits

There is no fixed salary, but you will receive a commission if you help us find a new apartment for sale and also if you help us sell an apartment.

You must have a high level of Spanish and English, both written and spoken. You must be available to work for at least 3 months. You must be independent, meticulous and organised in order to manage your own schedule. You must be a confident communicator in order to work with clients on a daily basis. You must have problem-solving and negotiation skills when dealing with clients and negotiating potential contracts. You must be proactive and have a positive attitude. You must be organised, willing to work flexible hours and have a practical mindset. You must have an excellent level of customer service and, preferably, be used to working with demanding national and international clients.
