The intern will join the reception team of a leading company in campervan rentals, specialising in tourist experiences in Iceland.

🎯 Main missions

Welcoming customers and managing vehicle pick-ups

Presenting rental conditions and insurance

Personalised advice on itineraries and activities in Iceland

Administrative management related to contracts

Inspecting vehicles on return and assisting customers

Supporting the shift manager in the event of requests or complaints

Organising and maintaining the reception area

The role is central to the customer experience, combining service, interpersonal skills and operational management.
