Operations & Coordination Assistant Internship – Tourism in Canada

The role

The intern will mainly work on the operational coordination of tours, with significant field exposure.

🔹 Operations & logistics
Preparing tour files (passenger lists, vouchers, documents, etc.)
Organising what is needed for departures (tour bags, equipment, etc.)
Checking bookings (transport, guides, activities)
Taking part in managing itineraries and schedules
🔹 Field coordination
Supporting the coordination of destinations and activities
Taking part in supervising groups
Leading guided visits (walking tours)
Ad hoc assistance to guides in the field
🔹 Sales support
Interacting with clients and partners (schools, agencies, etc.)
Contributing to the promotion of activities and tours
Taking part in sales meetings and training
🔹 Events & team life
Taking part in organising events and activities (sport, outings, BBQs, etc.)
Supporting internal initiatives and company life
